Can you create a folder name CON in windows??

This is apiece of info i got when i was doing my project i contiously tried to rename my folder as con but i will treat u if u can name your folder as CON

Then i tried to get info about it and came to know that if u r allowed to create such folders, there will be an ambiguity in where to write data when the data is supposed to go to the specified ugydevices., i don't much about it but i tried to experiment with
it and i found out a way to create a folder with name CON that i was able to do with MS-DOS and if u will try to delete it in windows you can't... but it can be deleted similarly by using DOS .. Surprising??
